Our History
Dokitar medical consultancy ltd was incorporated in October 2020, as a concept to improve healthcare delivery in semi, urban and underserved communities of Uganda. Due to many health stretches in the health sector with overwhelming numbers of patients to doctors ratio 1: 25725, longer waiting hours of patients to access the doctor, laboratory and to dispensary to receive drugs with an average of 4 hours, hospital acquired infections with overcrowding of outpatient departments.
Additionally: Uganda has many health training institutes with high numbers of graduates and later they are unemployed, many patients’ loss or misplace their medical data at work, home, and due travel. With all the above problems stated, we developed Dokitar App to relieve on the health tension. We developed a mobile Application called Dokitar for a comprehensive, quality and attentive primary healthcare service delivery to all people.
The company has so far recruited 100 health providers and specialist to serve our clients at their convenience.We believe that our first responsibility is to the patients, doctors and hospitals. We focus to achieving the highest quality in meeting the needs of our patients.We are loyal and responsible to our employees and patients, both men and women who work with us throughout the country.
